Fabulous base for 3 nights with very amiable staff at all times. Decent and exceptionally nice location in the downtown of San Francisco, good for visiting San Francisco. - Very close to Union Square, restaurants, shops, transportation, the Russian hill and major attractions.

The accommodations were clean with cozy bunk beds, creating a modest and comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mithila San Francisco - Surestay Collection By Best Western. It was a great base for exploring San Francisco. The staff, especially Manager Roy, were very helpful. Our room was nicely furnished, and we appreciated having a table to work on, WiFi, and a coffee maker. The hotel's location was central, near cable cars, shops, Ghirardelli Square, and Fisherman's Wharf. The restaurant was only a short 10-15 minute walk away, which was convenient.

The location was great, only a 5-minute walk from the Magazine. A convenience store and market were conveniently located right next door. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained with double beds, a microwave, and a fridge.

Noisy elevator.

They advertised that Parking and breakfast were included......so, for what concerne the Parking , it was two blocks faraway and was not free, They Give you a kind of discount that was no more even valid for the value of 15 dollars; each night we paid 25 dollar plus plus durino the day time. The breakfast was served from half of the size of a bed side table in a small little corridor, infront of the elevator, where you can grab a cup of coffee and a muffin or danish.

The location is very good and near to several Tourist Attractions.

The room is very small and near the street so it is very noisy.
